It seems to have become a tradition, almost 89% percent of bloggers does use the keyword "Professional Blogger" in their About Me page.
It’s a very funny thing when even one that opens a blog today, the first thing that comes to his mind is to label himself a professional.
Some even go as far as copying the "About Me" of another blogger and paste on theirs.
Am not kicking against the act as we all aspire to become a professional some day.

In this article l will only but mention a few Criteria that portray one as a professional blogger.
Having in mind that it is your visitor that decides if you are a professional or not.

If you are still using blogger's default template u should start thinking of getting a customized design now.

  • Domain Name: using the default blogger Url (.blogspot or . Wordpress) simply means you are still a novice in the business.  The second thing that should come to the mind of a serious blogger should be changing from "Something.blogspot.com) to (anything .com).

The famous Nigerian female blogger "Linda Ikeji" whom most of us aspire to be like, receives not less than 30,000 page views daily. That’s what l call professional.

  • SEO: this happens to be the most important criteria; if your blog is not optimized on Google then automatically you are disqualified.
